The appraiser had great communication skills. He was very knowledgeable and willing to share what he knew about appraisals. He took the time to explain all of my questions until I understood what he was talking about. He was on time, and got it to the company I was working with fast. I was even able to pay with a credit card, which was nice because I had just run out of checks earlier that same week. I would recommend this company highly!

When he came to our house our cats actually came out and didn't hide from him. My cats hide from everyone, but we all had such a good feeling about him, so if you have kids or animals, this guy will make them all feel comfortable.

I had to change my appointment times three times and he didn't mind and didn't complain at all and he was on time for the appointment. I wish all business people could be that nice.
